This slow cooker pumpkin spice latte is an easy, healthy and delicious way to indulge your fall-flavored coffee craving for just 90 calories and 4 WW Points.
2cupsnon-fat milk (I used dry milk powder and water according to the package directions)
3/4cupstrong brewed coffee, decaf or regular
1/4cupcanned pumpkin puree
1tablespoonsugar
1tablespoonbrown sugar
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
1/8teaspoonground cloves
1/8teaspoonground nutmeg
pinchof ground ginger
Instructions
Ideal slow cooker size: 1-1/2-Quart.
Combine the milk, coffee, pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in your slow cooker.
Whisk until the mixture is well blended.
Cover and heat on LOW for 2 hours until steaming hot.
Whisk again before serving because the pumpkin sinks to the bottom and needs to be incorporated.
Ladle into mugs.
Dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
