4cupsskim milk (I used a combination of almond milk and skim evaporated milk)

Instructions
Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 1-1/2 Quart
Grease the inside of the slow cooker.
Stir together the cocoa and water in the slow cooker. Then whisk in the milk, sugar and rice.
Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours, until the rice is tender and mixture is thick. (If you can, give it a stir every hour or so)
