1frozen banana
1cupcoconut milk beverage, or your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk
1/2cupnon-fat plain Greek yogurt
1tablespoonmaple syrup, or your favorite sweetener to taste
1-1/2teaspoonsvanilla
1-1/2teaspoonspumpkin pie spice, or more or less to taste
6-8ice cubes
Instructions
Combine everything in your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
