A cozy, lighter homemade pumpkin spice latte made with real pumpkin, strong coffee, milk and warm fall spices. Make it in the slow cooker for an easy weekend treat or on the stovetop in about 10 minutes.

3/4cupstrong brewed coffee, decaf or regular
1/4cupcanned pumpkin puree
1tablespoonsugar
1tablespoonbrown sugar
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
1/8teaspoonground cloves
1/8teaspoonground nutmeg
pinchof ground ginger
Instructions
Ideal slow cooker size: 1-1/2-Quart.
Combine the milk, coffee, pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in your slow cooker.
Whisk until the mixture is well blended.
Cover and heat on LOW for 2 hours until steaming hot.
Whisk again before serving because the pumpkin sinks to the bottom and needs to be incorporated.
Ladle into mugs.
Dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Stovetop Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and whisk until blended. Heat over medium-low heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until steaming hot. Do not boil. Whisk again before pouring into mugs. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.
