8cupspeeled and chopped apples (about 8 large apples)
1cupapple cider
1/4cupbrown sugar
1/4cupmaple syrup
1-1/4teaspooncinnamon, optional
Instructions
Ideal slow cooker size: 4-Quart.
Coat your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Place the apples, cider, brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon (if using) in your slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until apples are tender.
