If you're looking for a quick, easy, and delicious dessert, I think this 3-ingredient applesauce cake is a winner! It's moist, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.
1-1/2teaspoonscake mix spice (optional)cinnamon, or a blend of warm spices if desired
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bundt pan well. (I like Baker's Joy spray which has flour in it.)
In a large mixing bowl, combine the applesauce, eggs, cake mix, and any optional spices. Mix with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until smooth and well blended. (Alternatively, you could use an electric mixer if you prefer.)
Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove cake from the pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice into 16 even pieces.
