Ingredients

oranges, peeled and sliced (I cut my slices into quarters)
▢

cucumber, peeled and sliced (I used an English cucumber so kept the peel and sliced it into half moons)
▢
½
green bell pepper, sliced or chopped (I used red instead)
▢
¼
red onion, thinly sliced
▢

tablespoons
cider vinegar, I substituted rice vinegar
▢

teaspoon
canola oil
▢
½
teaspoon
sugar, I substituted Truvia
▢
¼
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the oranges, cucumber, pepper and onion.
Add the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt.
Toss to coat and combine.
Serve at once.
