This Mocha & Chocolate Greek Yogurt is a creamy, protein-packed snack inspired by the decadent Yoplait Oui yogurt, but with a healthier twist. It's a guilt-free way to satisfy your coffee and chocolate cravings while staying Weight Watchers-friendly.
2teaspoonsugar free dark chocolate chips, finely chopped(such as Lily's or Believe)
Instructions
Gather and prep your ingredients.
In a small bowl or cup, stir together the vanilla and instant coffee until it is dissolved. Add the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder and Truvia. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the chopped sugar-free chocolate pieces.
Sample the yogurt and adjust the sweetness or coffee intensity as needed. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
