Instructions
Add the quinoa, salt, water and lime zest/juice (if using) to the InstantPot.
Close and lock the lid in sealed position. Press Manual button and then use the +/- buttons to select 1 minute pressure cooking time.
When the time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
Fluff quinoa with a fork and enjoy warm, at room temperature or chilled.
Makes 6, 1/2-cup servings.
