4ouncescanned mild green chiles, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.Grease a 9-inch pie plate or 8-inch square baking dish.
Mix dry ingredientsIn a large bowl, whisk together the flour (or almond flour), baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs and beat until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients Add cheese, spinach, and green chiles. Mix until well combined.
Pour into dish. Spread evenly in your prepared baking dish.
Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes Reduce heat to 350°F and bake an additional 40 minutes. Quiche is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
