Top this yummy toast with your favorite fruit slices (pear, apple, peach, etc.) or fresh berries for a deliciously different breakfast for anytime snack.
In a small dry skillet, toast the walnuts over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly before finely chopping.
In a small mixing bowl, stir the toasted chopped walnuts, yogurt and honey until thoroughly combined.
Cut the pear (or apple, peach, etc.) into 1/4-inch slices and toast the bread to desired level of doneness.
Divide the yogurt mixture evenly and spread onto each slice of toast. Top each piece with half the fruit slices.
