1/3cupcottage cheese (non-fat for Simply Filling; I prefer full fat)
2tablespoons(15.5 g) vanilla protein powder (I used Vanilla TrimShake from doTERRA)
1/4cupblueberries
1/2cupfrozen peach slices
1/4cupwater
8-12ice cubes
Sweetener to taste (I used 2 packets of Truvia)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
