Recipe Notes
I used the recipe for Dr. Oz's Green Drink Juice from JuiceRecipes.com, which is made in a juicer instead of a blender. I guess my taste buds are adjusting to the flavor of these healthy concoctions because I genuinely liked this green juice drink. I thought it was well balanced. Not too sweet and not "too green" if you know what I mean. Score another one for Dr. Oz.If you are new to juicing, you may find this too "swampy" "earthy" tasting. If you do, try adding an extra apple or two or some pineapple to sweeten it up. Or try something a little more gentle, like this Beginner's Juice.Instead of peeling the lemon and lime and running it through the juicer, I just squeezed it in at the end.Nutritional Estimates Per Serving (entire recipe): 110 calories (I'm only counting the juice from the apples to calculate calories and WW Points.
