Weight Watchers Grilled Lemon Chicken Breasts with Tarragon
A simple marinade of white wine, lemon juice, garlic and tarragon turns plain chicken into something special. You'll want to plan ahead as these should marinate at least 2 hours, preferably longer, before cooking these Weight Watchers grilled lemon chicken breasts.

1/4cupdry white wine or chicken broth (I used Pinot Grigio)
1tablespoonminced fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried
To prepare the marinade, in a gallon-size sealable plastic bag, combine the wine, tarragon, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic. Add the chicken and seal the bag, squeezing out the air and turning to coat the chicken. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning the bag occasionally if you can.
Spray the broiler or grill rack with non-stick cooking spray.
Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and then broil or grill, until the chicken is done, about 5 minutes per side.
