Weight Watchers Skinny BLT Sandwich Recipe

  • 3 slices center cut bacon
  • 2 slices light whole-grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup lettuce of your choice
  • 2 thick slices tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the bacon, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove to paper towels and let drain.
  • Toast your bread lightly. Spread one side of each slice with mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, tomato and bacon.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with second slice of toasted bread and cut in half.
