Ingredients
3tablespoonsnatural vanilla protein powder with about 100 calories per 1-ouce serving
1/4cupcanned crushed pineapple packed in juice (not drained)
1 -1/2ounceswhite rum
1/8teaspooncoconut extract
1cupcrushed ice, about 8 ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Add 1/2 cup water, and blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed.
