Ingredients
½butternut squashpeeled and seeded
4carrots
2red applespeeled and cored
1sweet potatopeeled
1inchginger root
½teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Wash all ingredients well. Peel and seed those as indicated. Cut into pieces that will fit into your juicer. Juice in the order specified. Add cinnamon and stir or shake to combine. Serve over ice.
