Deliciously simple, these low carb snack chips are the perfect dipper for your favorite guacamole, bean dip or salsa!

Ingredients
1egg white
3low carb, high fiber whole wheat tortillas (I used Xtreme Wellness)
2-¼teaspoonsEverything but the Bagel Seasoning Blend (I used Trader Joe's version)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (I used a pizza stone in my toaster oven.)
Whisk egg white in small bowl until frothy.
Place tortillas on a flat surface and brush with egg white. Sprinkle ¾ teaspoon seasoning evenly over each tortilla. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
Place wedges on prepared pan and bake until lightly golden brown, about 15 minutes. (I did mine in two batches).
Allow chips to cool before serving.
Recipe Notes
