Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 4 pitted dates chopped
  • 1/4 cup quick-cook oats uncooked
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to high-powered blender and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
