Wash all produce thoroughly and peel lemon and lime (if desired). It is recommended that you peel cucumber if it's not organic. Juice all ingredients and serve in a glass over ice.

Nutritional Estimates Per Serving (about 1 cup): 110 calories and 3* Weight Watchers Points Plus. (I only count the calories from the apple and grapes to determine points. I am not concerned about the negligible calories from the kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, lemon and lime.)
