2-Ingredient Funfetti Mug Cake (WW-Friendly)

  • 1/4 cup Funfetti/Rainbow cake mix
  • 1 tablespoons zero calorie lemon lime soda

Instructions

  • Gather and prepare all ingredients. Lightly spray a microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray.
  • Add the cake mix and soda and mix well. (Alternatively, to ensure thorough mixing of ingredients, first stir together the cake mix and soda in a small bowl and then spoon into the prepared mug.)
  • Microwave on HIGH for 1-minute, or until set.
  • Cake can be enjoyed directly from the mug, or removed to a small plate. Garnish with a dollop of light whipped topping and sprinkles, if desired.
