4chocolate Pocky Sticks
4largemarshmallows
Instructions
Carefully insert Pocky stick into marshmallow. Please note: Pocky sticks are very delicate and can easily break if not handled carefully. If necessary, first poke a small hole in the marshmallow with the end of a chopstick, toothpick or small olive cocktail pick.
Holding the Pocky stick, carefully heat marshmallow over an open flame or with a butane kitchen torch lighter until marshmallow turns golden and slightly charred. Be careful not to put too much of the chocolate stick over the flame because it will melt too!

These deliciously skinny S'mores Pops literally take about 2 minutes to make. The hardest part is poking the stick into the marshmallow. And once you've done this a couple times and broken a few (which makes a good little snack itself), you'll quickly learn how much gentle force is required. Alternatively, you can use a chopstick, toothpick or cocktail olive skewer to first make the hole in the marshmallow.This recipe serves 4, but can easily be modified if you are serving a crowd.
