A lighter alternative to quiche, this simple Ham and Swiss Pie has just 215 calories per slice.

1-½cupschopped fully cooked lean ham
1 cupshreddedreduced fat Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
4mediumgreen onions, sliced (¼ cup)
½cupBisquick baking mix(or Heart Smart Bisquick)
1cuplow-fat milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Lightlu grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
Layer ham, cheese and green onion in pie dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until well mixed. Pour evenly over layered ingredients in pie dish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow dish to cool on wire rack for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
Cut into 6 equal wedges and serve.
