Any type of sausages, mild or spicy will work just fine here. If you use ones with lots of fat, drain it after the sausage bakes the first time. Usually with chicken or turkey sausages you'll be fine and have little or no fat in the pan.
Heat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a small baking pan with non-stick spray.
Place the sausage links in the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Add the tomatoes to the pan and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Return pan to oven and continue cooking for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the tomatoes have wilted.
Remove from the oven and serve.

You can even use fully cooked sausages. The easiest tomatoes to use are grape or cherry tomatoes. You can just slice them in half. As they roast, they melt and become an excellent side dish to the sausage.Serving size: 1 sausage link + ¾ cup tomatoesClick here to see your WW PersonalPoints for this recipe and track it in the WW app or site.4*SmartPoints (Green plan)4*SmartPoints (Blue plan)4*SmartPoints (Purple plan)5*PointsPlus (Old plan)
