1packetdry chicken noodle soup mix (Such as Lipton)
3cupswater
1can (14 to 15 ounces)diced tomatoes, undrained
1can (14 to 15 ounces)beans, rinsed and drained (pinto, black, white, garbanzo, etc.)
1cupfrozen mixed vegetables (or more if desired)
1 - 2 teaspoonsItalian seasoning
Garlic and/or onion powder, to taste
Instructions
In a three-quart sauce pan stir together the water and soup mix. Bring to simmer.
Add tomatoes, mixed vegetables, beans, and seasonings.
Simmer for five minutes or until the noodles are tender and vegetables are heated through.
