3applesquartered and cored
2orangespeeled
3stalks celery
1cucumberpeeled
handful parsley
½lemonpeeled
1-inchfresh ginger
Instructions
Wash all the ingredients well. Cut the fruit and vegetables into pieces that will fit into your juicer. Juice and serve over ice.
