These delicious chocolate no bake cookies are rich and chewy, crisp, and gooey.

2cupssemisweet chocolate chips
1cupcreamy peanut butter
4cupscrisp rice cereal
Lightly spray an 9x13-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and then set it aside.
In a large saucepan over low heat melt the butter and both kinds of chips, stirring constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth. Add the peanut butter and stir again until well blended.
Remove saucepan from the heat. Add the cereal and marshmallows and stir until everything is well mixed.
Dump the mixture into the prepared pan and press into place with clean moist hands or a rubber spatula coated with cooking spray. Cool completely and then cut into 36 bars. Store these easy no bake cookies in a covered container between layers of wax paper.
