With only 3 ingredients, Rice Krispie Treats are my favorite no bake cookies of all time.

1 10ouncepackage miniature marshmallows4 cups
6cupscrispy rice cereal
Line a 9X13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, waxed paper, or foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray then set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are melted. Remove from the heat and then gently stir in the cereal and continue to stir until the cereal is coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and flatten gently. (I’ve found the best way to do this is with clean slightly damp hands, but a rubber spatula coated with cooking spray works pretty well too.
Cool completely and and then cut into 12 bars.
