Ingredients
½cupheavy cream
½cuplow fat buttermilk
Instructions
Combine the cream and buttermilk in a container. Set the mixture aside in a warm place until thickened, 24 to 36 hours.
Refrigerate immediately.
Whip until thickened before serving.
This will keep, tightly covered, for about 4 days in the refrigerator.
