Position an oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 350F degrees F. Spray a 10-cup bundt pan with flour-added baking spray (such as Baker's Joy).
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to mix.
With an electric mixer, beat for a full minute, scraping sides of bowl well, if necessary, until well blended and creamy.
Scrape batter into the pan and smooth out evenly.
Bake on the center rack for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan set on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a wire rack. Let cool completely.
To make the icing, in a small bowl stir together the confectioners sugar and orange zest and orange juice until it's smooth and of a spreading/drizzling consistency.
Spoon it along the top of the cake and it will slowly drip down along the ridges of the cake, creating a pretty effect.
Recipe Notes
I skipped adding oil and instead used a combination of fresh orange juice, low-fat yogurt and water.I also added a little orange zest and extra flour, a trick Mom learned years ago that's supposed to make the texture more like from scratch.9*SmartPoints (Green plan)9*SmartPoints (Blue plan)9*SmartPoints (Purple plan)6*PointsPlus (Old plan)
