A super easy crockpot chicken tikka masala with only 2 ingredients, perfect for busy days.

1poundtrimmed chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1jar(15 ounces) chicken tikka masala sauce (I used Patak's)
Ideal slow cooker size: 1-1/2-Quart.
Place the cubes of chicken in your crock pot.
Add the jar of sauce and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Serve with basmati rice and peas, if desired.
If you want, you can stir in a little 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt, sour cream or coconut milk at the end to make the sauce a little creamier and less tomatoey.
