2Laughing Cow Light Original cheese wedges
Pinchof cinnamon & sugar (or plain cinnamon or nutmeg)

Split the English muffin into halves and lightly toast them.
Spread each half with a wedge of cheese.
Sprinkle with pinch of cinnamon and sugar, or plain cinnamon and nutmeg.
