Recipe Notes
You want a ripe mango for this mango salsa. A ripe mango should give a little when you press it. The trickiest part of this simple salsa recipe is peeling and chopping the mango. Cut the mango in two halves, along it's pit. Score the flesh of each half into cubes. Flip inside out and cut the cubes from the peel into a bowl. (I find this method easier than trying to peel the skin from the fruit.)Weight Watchers PointsPlus: *1Weight Watchers SmartPoints: *1
