Ingredients
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonsfat-free Caesar or Creamy Italian dressing
1tablespoonminced garlic
1/4teaspooncayenne
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonpaprika
2teaspoonsdried oregano
2teaspoonsdried thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1poundmedium to large peeled shrimp
1/3cupwhite wine or cooking wine
Instructions
In large nonstick skillet, combine oil, Italian dressing, garlic, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper over medium heat until sauce begins to boil.
Add shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Add wine and cook until the shrimp are done, 3 to 5 additional minutes. Serve hot.
