Ingredients

beet, scrubbed, trimmed and cut into chunks
(I used a golden beet)

carrots, scrubbed and cut into chunks
▢

cups
fresh peeled pineapple, cut into chunks
▢
½
medium
lemon, peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
Assemble and prep your ingredients.
Feed the beet, carrots, pineapple chunks, and peeled lemon through a juicer according to manufacturer's instructions.
Once all the ingredients have been juiced, give the juice a good stir to blend the flavors.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
