Ingredients
3cupsTruWhip natural whipped topping
¾cupReduced-fat cream cheese at room temperature
¾cupplain nonfat Greek yogurt
5packetsTruvia calorie-free sweetener
1-½tablespoonsvanilla extract
⅛teaspoonsalt
1-½cupssliced fresh strawberries
1sheet(4 rectangles) graham crackers, finely crushed
Instructions
Gather and prepare all ingredients. Set aside 9-inch pie dish.
Add whipped topping, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla and salt to medium mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
Spoon mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and smooth the top.
Place sliced strawberries over the top and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
Divide mixture evenly between 8 serving dishes.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
