Spray a microwave-safe mug with nonstick baking spray. Add cake mix, yogurt and 2 tablespoons water to mug and mix well.
Microwave on HIGH power for 2 minutes or until cake is set.
Allow cake to cool and serve in mug or remove to a plate. Top with optional toppings, if desired.

If you need fat-free vanilla yogurt and only have plain on hand, simply measure out your 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt and stir in a couple drops pure vanilla extract.Different mug sizes may affect cooking times. The mug I used for this cake is quite large, so it resulted in larger, flatter cake that was done in about 2 minutes.
