Ingredients
1cupnon-fat cottage cheese
1tablespoonhoney
½teaspoonvanilla extract
⅔cupfresh raspberries
2tablespoonsfinely chopped pistachios
Instructions
Add the cottage cheese, honey and vanilla to a food processor and purée until creamy and smooth.
Divide mixture evenly between two dessert glasses or ramekins.
Top with fresh raspberries and pistachios.

Substitute your favorite fresh fruit for the raspberries.
