Ingredients
1poundlean ground beef
1cupchopped onion
1clovegarlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon granulated garlic)
2cupsdiced potatoes
14 -15 ouncescanned diced tomatoes
2cupsfrozen peas or green beans
1tablespooncurry powder (or to taste)
1teaspoon salt
Instructions
Coat a large deep skillet with nonstick cooking spray and set it over medium heat. Add the beef, onions and garlic. Cook, stirring and breaking up the meat, until it is no longer pink.
