Ingredients
½cupself rising flour
½cupplain nonfat Greek yogurt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and yogurt until the dough begins to look like crumbles or a "shaggy mess."
Lightly dust a countertop surface or large cutting board with flour. Transfer dough to the floured surface, and knead and turn the dough, using hands, until it is well combined and no longer sticky. This should take 3 to 4 minutes. You may need to add a little more flour.
Use your dough to make whatever you desire: bagels, pizza, cinnamon rolls, garlic knots, etc.
