Ingredients

  • 3-6 leaves any type of kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple cored and sliced
  • 1/2- inch fresh gingerroot
  • 2 cups water
  • ice optional

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to high-powered blender (like a Vitamix) and blend to desired consistency. Pour and enjoy.
