I liked this apple beet detox juice, but I'm one of those rare folks who loves beets. It seemed to stay with me longer than some of the other juices I've tried.

Ingredients
1small beet
½fennel bulb
1large chard leaf
1celery stalk
1carrot
1green applepeeled and cored
½inchpiece of fresh ginger
½cucumberpeeled
Instructions
Wash everything well. (I peel my cucumbers and apples when they are not organic.) Juice all the ingredients. Shake or stir and serve over ice.
