Ingredients
4 to 6kale leaves
½large cucumberpeeled
½bunch cilantro
¼ to ⅓pineapplepeeled
1green applecored and cut into quarters
Instructions
Wash the fruit. Turn on the juicer. Cut the fruit and vegetables into pieced that will easily fit in your juicer. Juice the ingredients and then give them a shake or stir to combine. Enjoy over ice.
