Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
In a large mixing bowl mix together all the ingredients until they are well combined.
Place the mixture into a 9x13-inch glass or ceramic baking dish and then shape it into a loaf.
Bake until done, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
