Simple Baked Lemon Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs, seasoned simply with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and paprika and baked in the oven

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken boneless, skinless thighs (about 4 ounces each)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Dried oregano
  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
  • Lightly grease a roasting pan or ovenproof baking dish with cooking spray. Add the chicken thighs to the prepared pan.
  • Drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkle with a little dried oregano, sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until done, 35 to 45 minutes.
