Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or your favorite sweetened to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat granola

Instructions

  • In a bowl stir together the non-fat plain Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup.)
  • Sprinkle with low-fat pumpkin spice granola (or your favorite granola)
