This sweet and spicy goat cheese spread is a new favorite. It's easy to make with just a few ingredients. Hits all the right flavors - subtly sweet, spicy and salty. And makes a small amount (about 10 tablespoons or a little more than half a cup.)
1 - 2tablespoonsraw honey, to taste (this will depend on the tartness of your cheese)
¼teaspoonred pepper flakes
¼teaspoonsea salt
2tablespoonsfinely chopped unsweetened apricots
Instructions
In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the goat cheese and yogurt until creamy and smooth.
Blend in the honey, pepper flakes and salt.
Stir in the apricots.
