2carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
2stalkscelery, cut into chunks
1sweet onion, cut into chunks
1green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1can(20 ounces) pineapple chunks packed in juice, drained
1bottle(18 ounces) favorite BBQ sauce
2tablespoonsinstant tapioca (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
Ideal slow cooker Size: 4 to 6-Quart.
Combine all the ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or until the meatballs are heated through and vegetables are done to your liking.
