When you are trying to lose weight and eat better a well-stocked freezer can be your best friend. When you are busy and hungry convenience is key so anything to help avoid the temptation of takeout or the drive-through is a good thing.
Used wisely, frozen meals, ingredients and treats can help provide you with easy healthy options for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner as well as tasty snacks and treats. They can help make portion control and calorie or points counting easier too.
Instead of trying to figure out how many calories you are going to get in a home-cooked meal or at a restaurant, you just flip the package over and you get everything you need to know on the nutritional label.
I polled my WW Facebook Page fans to get their suggestions. Here's what they offered up:
