What is allulose?
According to the Cleveland Clinic, allulose is a naturally occurring sugar found in figs, raisins, wheat, maple syrup and molasses. How to Make Light Halo Top Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Step 1: Gather and prepare all ingredients.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 375F degrees (or 350F degrees for nonstick cookie sheet).
Step 3: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat or in microwave (affiliate link) in a small microwave-safe bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes to cool. (Butter needs to cool so chocolate chips don't melt.)
Step 4: In a medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, cooled melted butte and water until dough forms (dough will be stiff).

Serving Suggestions
If you pull your cookies from the oven just as they are set and begin to turn golden, you will end up with soft and chewy cookies—my personal favorite. They pair well with any flavor Halo Top Ice Cream, like Vanilla Bean or Chocolate, but go especially well with Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream.
Ways to Use Leftovers
Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container.
